This house is
the most recently restored of all the apartments at La Tenuta.
It offers spacious accommodation for four people, and is restored
with the same attention to detail as the other apartments. The
main features of this property are it's two large terraces, one
with views over the garden and swimming pool, the other with a
private conservatory and splendid views of the Sibillini Mountains.
On the first floor there is a large living room with a fireplace.
The kitchen and the dining room have direct access to the terrace
overlooking the swimming pool, with stairs down to the garden
and the pool. The bedroom on the first floor has a double bed,
and the second bedroom is on the floor above with twin beds. The
bathroom has a bath with hydromassage.
The common
facilities shared with Il Pero, Il Ciliego and Il Melo include:
laundry (washing machine with iron and ironing board), barbeque,
11 by 5 metre swimming pool (1,2m to 1,9metres deep) with
roman stairs, umbrellas, sun loungers; game room for the
guests with tv, video, ping pong table, board games and
children's games.
