Apartments Castagno, Ginepro e Quercia, together form "Piccolo Borgo". They share a swimming pool (11 x 5 meters, 1,20 to 1,90 deep) and have a panoramic view
Apartments Ciliegio, Noce, Melo e Pero are in the same building, "La Fattoria". Ciliegio and Noce are on the ground floor, while two mansardas (Melo e Pero) are on the first floor. Together with apartment Le Terrazze they share a swimming pool.
Both Piccolo Borgo and Fattoria are ideal to be rented by groups who want to share an holiday together in the same place.

Piccolo Borgo
This large apartment is on two levels, with
a private garden and covered terrace. The
ground floor is open plan with a dining and
kitchen area up two steps from the generously
sized sitting room. On the floor above there
are two bedrooms (one double and one with
two single beds) with a single bed on the
landing. On this level there is a bathroom
with a shower.

a pergola. The apartment is on two floors.

This
is the biggest of the apartments at Antica
Tenuta Le Piane and comfortably accommodates
six people. The structure is the same as the
other apartments but the accommodation is
spread out over three floors. The ground floor
is divided into the living room, separated
from the dining room by the cooking area,
which is a couple of steps higher from the
living room. On the first floor there is a
double room, a large landing with a single
bed and a bathroom with shower. On the second
floor there is a large attic room with three
beds. Outside the private garden has a terrace
with pergola.

Fattoria
This
apartment, situated on the ground floor of
the building “La Fattoria”, has
a generously sized open plan living eating
and kitchen, with a bathroom without shower,
on the ground floor. On the first floor there
is a second bathroom with a shower, a bedroom
with a single bed and two bedrooms (one with
double bed, the other with two single beds),
both with stunning views.

at one end, with a living area with a sofa
bed in the middle and a cooking area on the
opposite side. The bathroom has a shower.

Terrazze
This
house is the most recently restored of all
the apartments at La Tenuta. It offers spacious
accommodation for four people, and is restored
with the same attention to detail as the other
apartments. The main features of this property
are it's two large terraces, one with views
over the garden and swimming pool, the other
with a private conservatory and splendid views
of the Sibillini Mountains. On the first floor
there is a large living room with a fireplace.
The kitchen and the dining room have direct
access to the terrace overlooking the swimming
pool, with stairs down to the garden and the
pool. The bedroom on the first floor has a
double bed, and the second bedroom is on the
floor above with twin beds. The bathroom has
a bath with hydromassage..
