The Region Le  Marche  is  famous for the quality of food and regional products. The Piceno area is a real treasure trove of flavors, where there are small farmers who still use ancient processing techniques while respecting the environment as much as possible to obtain products of the highest quality.

Tourists can taste  the excellence  of the most famous dishes of our area: Ascolane olives, ciaùscolo salami, vincisgrassi, pecorino cheese and much more.

Throughout the year, varying according to the seasons, the territory offers the most precious of the fruits of the earth, the truffle. Fine white truffles in the months from October to December and black truffles, scorzone,   in the summer and other months of the year. By asking the local associations, it is possible to participate  in the search for truffles , a unique experience.
