Antica Tenuta Le Piane  is located within the splendid National Park of  Monti Sibillini.  The park extends for over 70,000 acres over the regions Umbria and Marche including 16 municipalities. Many of which are among the highest mountains in the region that are over 2,000 meters. On the east border of the mountains, is the Ambro that together with the Nera river in the west make up the  main rivers.
