The ground floor hosts a large and bright living room with direct access to the pool with exclusive use of the villa guests. Guests have access to a private garden with sun beds, umbrellas and barbecue. The pool house offers ping pong tables, darts and games for children as well a bathroom and shower. 50 meters away there is an additional pool that is available to other guests of the estate.

Separated by a beautiful brick arch is an elegant and spacious kitchen with a dining room for family and friends gathering at the heart of the house. Each room of the house has an independent bathroom.

The first floor hosts 2 double rooms and 2 double rooms with single beds. Each room has its own private bathroom.

In the loft area there are 2 independent lofts the “The Pear” and “The Apple”. Both have a double bedroom, a sofa bed, a fully catered kitchen corner and private bathroom. These 2 units are completely independent with external stair access.
